The professional community industry encompasses the strategies and practices that leverage community building to elevate businesses. Whether it's launching private online spaces, turning your audience into loyal advocates, or creating regular in-person connections, these tactics are transforming the way we do business.

It's not just about creating content and great products anymore. It's about actually creating bonds BETWEEN your customers and creating a space where they belong on a deeper level (only if they want and the business needs it though).

In simpler terms, it's about the role of human connection in business.

🏵 Our new Community Cohort #4… launching Mon 8 April - Fri 31 May 2024 with a fully refined program, new speakers and Alumni coming back for a 2nd or 3rd time. This will be the place where we connect community builders more deeply and help them create an actionable strategy. Register to hear when applications launch here.

📆 New online public events… in partnership with existing communities, which will be open to anyone. We're kicking off with an event with Discourse on the topic of AI and community in Feb 🔥. Keep your eyes peeled for the invite.

First up we have Cohort #3 CC’ian Kennie Kurniawan, Community Lead at StartSpace. StartSpace is a community of over 1,000 Victorian early-stage business founders, launched in 2020 as part of State Library Victoria. Read Kennie’s story here, plus the tech tools she can’t live without 👀
